To a certain limit, the concentration is directly related with the activity of the enzyme which means that if concentration increases then the activity of the enzyme increases. However, there are various other factors which may impact the relationship between activity and concentration such as temperature, pH, etc. This article throws light upon the six factors affecting the enzyme activity. The six factors are: (1) Concentration of Enzyme (2) Concentration of Substrate (3) Effect of Temperature (4) Effect of pH (5) Effect of Product Concentration and (6) Effect of Activators.
